Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing time:

. If you don’t need the complimentary personalised bag tag, then the processing time is Up to 3 business days after full payment.

. With the complimentary personalised bag tag, then the processing time is Up to 7 business days after full payment.

 

After the processing is completed, your parcel will dispatch from our warehouse and you could track the shipping information.

Shipping time:

.  For the UK domestic customers, the shipping time would be: 3-5 days. We use Royal Mail/Yodel/Hermes.

.  For the US customers the shipping time would be: 6-10 days

.  For the European customers the shipping time would be：5-9 days

.  For Asian customers, the shipping time would be: 5-9 days.

For most of other countries, the shipping time is around 7-14 days, but we need to take consideration for some unexpected situation.
